Dr. Sarah Pearson Collins is a healthcare equity trainer and public health advocate with a background in cessation services, clinical education, and systems-level change. She specializes in helping organizations build equitable practices from the inside out, through culturally responsive training, bias-aware communication tools, and real-world implementation. At The Race Card LLC, she leads the equity, health, and training division, grounding every project in practical strategy, accountability, and the belief that better outcomes start with better conversations.

Kezia Pearson is the film educator and creative force of The Race Card LLC, using storytelling and visual media to shift perspective and spark dialogue. As a filmmaker, writer, and curriculum designer, she helps students, communities, and organizations explore race and identity through story, camera, and culture. Her work focuses on making learning cinematic, relatable, and honest, proving that education doesn’t have to be quiet to be effective, and storytelling is one of the most powerful tools for social change.
